Experienced Training & Coaching – Episcopal High School of Bellaire in Houston, TX as the Defensive Coordinator for junior varsity & Defensive Line Coach Varsity football teams. Head Coach and OC of Cy Fair Ravens Middle School. Head Coach and OC of Beast Mode Elite Middle.

Accomplishments – Coach of the Year 2015, Select OC for Gulf City High School Allstar Team 2016, Selected OC 2017 True Talent Allstars, Selected HC 2019 True Talent Allstars.
Mentor and coached several over 20 Division 1 players, three All Americans and three 5 Star players.

Experienced Training & Coaching - BME 7 on 7 offensive coordinator. Two years at Episcopal High School of Bellaire in Houston, TX as the Defensive Coordinator for freshman & Junior Varsity football teams. Assistant varsity coach for the wide receivers.

Accomplishments - Drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2007 in the seventh round. He spent five seasons with the Oakland Raiders organization where he played wide receiver, cornerback, and was a special team specialist as a kick returner, kickoff team member, and a gunner on the punt team.

Certified specific sports trainer through NASM.

Terrence has 27 years of experience in the personal training industry.

Accomplishments - Terrance owned his own gym, TRK Fitness, in the Meyerland area for 15 years.

Pro Background - Playing Experience - Pro & College - Terrence played professional football in the late 80’s for the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots. He also played college football at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
